With more than ten years in social services and nonprofit operations, I have worked at nearly every level. I started out working directly with families and clients, then moved into leading programs, building training and managing compliance across a multi-site organization. Along the way I learned that good operations come from understanding the work as it is really done, from the front line to the leadership team.
Today I work inside organizations as a hands-on partner. I learn the roles, write the procedures, train staff one on one, and build the guides and materials that make a job clear from the first day. I coach staff and leaders alongside, and I build clear processes and practical tools so the improvements last long after the project ends. I hold a Master of Social Work from Case Western Reserve University, a certificate in management and leadership, and I am a Licensed Social Worker in Ohio.
